Keith Olbermann discusses Congress's passing of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, which not only suspends habeas corpus, it eliminates habeas corpus permanently and completely.
Keith clearly shows the effect - the "Bill of Rights" becomes the BILL OF RIGHT. Apparently, you have just one Right Left: You have the right to remain silent.
